This detailed model of the Ebola virus is about as terrifying as you’d expect

The deadliest Ebola outbreak on record prompted the World Health Organization to declare an emergency today, although with the right precautions, controlling the epidemic should not be difficult. Ebola only spreads through an infected person’s bodily fluids, and people with the virus are not contagious until they begin displaying symptoms, making the disease relatively easy for health officials to monitor.
